If you are not happy with your product purchase from Sounds Fast , you can within 30 days of the original date of purchase return it for a credit, exchange or refund.*                                                                                                 

Details for returns- The unit must be in like new condition with no physical damage to the unit or it's parts. All original boxes, manuals, warranty cards, packaging material and factory included parts must be with the unit when returning. If Sounds Fast installed the item being returned, there will be the standard labor charges for removing the item and reinstalling any factory gear. If you would like to exchange or upgrade your item, we welcome you to do so. Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase at Sounds Fast. The same details for returning product apply to exchanging product.

*Labor is non-refundable.

*Portable units such as satellite radio kits, radar detectors, cameras and bluetooth kits that have been opened are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the unit has never been opened then it can be exchanged or returned for a refund. If the satellite radio system has been activated then the cancellation of the service is the responsibility of the customer.

*Wire such as power wire and speaker wire that has been cut is non-refundable.
